I am having problems running my Outlook plug-in with MS Outlook 2007. What should I do?

  1. Uninstall the plug-in
  2. Download and install Office 2007 SP3 from https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/download/details.aspx?id=27838 and an update for Outlook 2007 from https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=42427
  3. Go to the following in Control Panel:

Ensure “Give me updates for Microsoft products and check for new optional Microsoft software when I update Windows” is ticked here

  1. Install any other Windows 7 updates that are available.

The Outlook version should now read as:

outlook 2007

  1. Reinstall the plug-in.
