I cannot log in to MeetingBooster. What should I do?

If you find that you are not logged onto the MeetingBooster system successfully after entering your username and password, it may because:

  • Your account may have been disabled. An email is automatically generated by the MeetingBooster system and sent to the user whose account has been disabled notifying them of this.
  • Your account may have been deleted. An email is automatically generated by the MeetingBooster system and sent to the user whose account has been deleted notifying them of this.
  • MeetingBooster license has expired. An expiration warning email is automatically generated by the MeetingBooster system 14 days before expiration and sent to all users whom have access to change the license. A final expiration email is sent out to the same set of users when the license has expired.
  • You may have been locked out of your MeetingBooster account. You can choose from the following:
    • Wait until lock out timer expires and then re-enter your username and password.

    • Contact 1st line support at MatchWare to remove lock. You will need your username and company details to hand.
