The Capture Tool in MindView Mac is not working

This can happen when MindView is missing important permissions on the Mac.

To resolve this issue please ensure that MindView has permission to Screen Record. This can be enabled in the Security & Privacy options under System Preferences on the Mac. If MindView is not listed with the apps that have permission to screen record, please add it to resolve the issue.
