What is a Guest?

A guest is a user without a MeetingBooster account.

A guest is allowed to:

• Be added before a meeting
• Be added during a meeting
• Receive the agenda
• Receive minutes

 

A guest is not allowed to:

• Be made a co-organizer
• Be required for meetings
• Approve agendas and minutes
• Accept a meeting in advance
• Use the Conflict Resolver
• Log in to MeetingBooster account
