Excel import and export does not work in MindView 4

There may be two reasons for this:

1. You have not installed the latest service pack. With MindView 4 Build 204 the import and export works fine.

2. Although part of the operating system or Windows update, the .NET Framework 4 Client profiles may not be installed on your computer.

Remedy:
In Control Panel | Windows Update. Choose either to install all pending updates or choose to install NET Framework 4 Client Profiles specifically.
