Problems installing service packs

If you are experiencing problems when installing the service pack releases, please try uninstalling the entire product and reinstall from the original CD before applying the service pack(s). If the service pack does not run but is opened in another application, please see the correct approach under the “installation” category.If the problem persists, please re-download the service pack and re-attempt patching.
