Problems updating the software with a new Service Pack update

If you are experiencing problems when installing the software updates, please try uninstalling the entire product and then reinstall from the original CD before applying the service pack(s).

If the service pack does not run but is opened in another application, please ensure that when you run the update it is opened with the correct program.

If the problem persists, please contact MindView support and give your licence key and a brief description of the problem.
