How do I associate a template to a Meeting Series?

  1. Create a meeting series X and add members to this meeting series
  2. As a meeting series member create a meeting within meeting series X
  3. Create a template
  4. Save this template for the meeting series by doing the following:

Select Save As Template icon > Enter a template title > choose to expand My Meeting Series option > select meeting series X folder

The template is now associated to a meeting series, which means it can be accessed and used by all members of the meeting series
