I am having trouble with tasks. What shall I do?

If you come across one or more of the following:

1. Cannot create new tasks or edit existing tasks – not in the main tasks page, nor in a meeting editor’s tasks tab.


2. When opening a project, the tasks list for the project fails to load. If the project has some tasks they are never shown, instead the wait wheel keeps spinning.

Solution: Please ensure your ForceSSL option is set correctly. When ForceSSL is set to On, the PublicServerUrl in the web.config file should be “https://..” and when set to Off the PublicServerUrl should be “http://..”
