I want to track a particular subject that was discussed in several meetings, how can I do this?
You can track a particular subject using the Global Search feature.
Step 1: Type in a key phrase in the Global Search bar in the top right hand corner of the system
You will then see a list of results that track all of the items containing that phrase.
Step 2: Select the relevant Topics and Tasks relating to the subject and then export them to a PDF. This will give you a report of when the subject was discussed and what Tasks or decisions were made relating to that subject.
