What is an access level for a permission?
- DR (Direct Reports) – A direct report is a user (e.g. employee) who reports directly to someone else (who is one level above them in the user hierarchy) – e.g. John is the manager of Adam; Adam is a direct report to John.
- AR (All Reports) – Applies to every user that is one level or more below in the user hierarchy
- G (Global) – Applies to every user regardless of their position in the user hierarchy
- X (None) – Applies to no one in the user hierarchy
