Why are my Outlook meetings not shown in MeetingBooster?

Meetings from Outlook are not automatically added to MeetingBooster. The Outlook meeting needs to be converted to a MeetingBooster meeting.

The host of a meeting can convert it to a MeetingBooster meeting if he/she has the MeetingBooster plug-in installed in Outlook by doing the following:

Step 1: In Outlook, go to Outlook created meeting -> Open meeting -> Click MeetingBooster icon
