I am having problems integrating MindView with Microsoft SharePoint

The most common reason why users have problems saving and opening MindView files on Microsoft SharePoint is due to the two-step verification that is enabled on their Microsoft login. To overcome this authentication issue without disabling the two-step verification the user will have to create an App Password through their Microsoft account and insert this into the login information for SharePoint within MindView (instead of their normal Microsoft password).
