MindView for Mac: When installing the Demo download, it can’t be opened because it is from an unidentified developer.

When installing MindView, you may encounter the following error message:

This message appears because the security settings on your Mac are too strict.

To resolve this issue perform the following steps:

Step 1: Navigate to Applications > System Preferences > Security and Privacy on your Mac.

Step 2: In the section  “Allow applications downloaded from:”,  select the option “Anywhere”.

Step 3: Run the MindView Installation file again. This time you will find that you can install the software without any further issues.
