My service pack installation fails
When you install your service pack, you may encounter a message about “Application Maintenance”, as seen in the screenshot below:
If you see this screen when trying to install the new version then it means that you already have the most up to date version installed.
You can double check this by opening MindView and going to File > Options > Resources and checking the information in the About MindView section.
The build number is the number displayed in brackets.
